What I Do When I Mentor You 1. Pray for you: Staff intercessors will intercede on behalf of the growth, development and ministry success of protégé. 2. Teach you, train you, and walk with you. (Subject to interpretation and elaboration) 3. Discipline you: Put you on a prophetic word diet conducive to your growth. Prophetic curriculum related to where the protégé is in maturity. 4. Prescribe a regiment system: (from Jeled to Bachur - 8 levels of spiritual maturity) 5. Pull prophetic potentiality. 6. Require a genuine covenant relationship. 7. Insist that you memorize the prophetic "P" traits. (i.e., purpose-driven, priestly mannerisms, prophetic inclination, etc.) 8. Character development: Discovering your weak areas and confronting to insure reformation and to insure that your gifts do not take you where your character can not keep you. 9. Regiment of laying on of hands for impartation purposes and stir up potentiality. 10. Teach you biblical examples of mentorship: (Le. Elijah/Elisha, Moses/Jethro, Paul/Timothy, Eli/Samuel etc.) 11. Point to your economic destiny: Doing things to finance your purpose. 12. lntense active membership for 1 year. 13. Mentorship by observation for 1 year: (Frequent checks) 14. Membership by alumni status. (Periodical checks) 15. Proactively maintain covenant relationships. What You Will Do When I Mentor You 1. Write a book with mentor's assistant via Witty inventions publications. 2. You will have a prophetic debut: special service, reading or ministry presentation of which mentor is to be invited. 3. Accountability: Check in once a week by phone, message or e-mail. 4. Prophetic profile update and progress report once a month. 5. Acquisition of all literature tapes and books of mentor. 6. Complete all assignments assigned by mentor. 7. Be honest - completely and completely divulging to mentor (.1% principle) 8. Attend services conferences, seminars and other activities recommended. 9. Sow to where you want to go - sow in what you want to know - sow the way you want to flow. 10. Bind what you see upon the man of God in your own heart. 11.
